"User", "you", or "customer" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our platform.
"Services" includes but is not limited to: airtime topup, data bundle subscription, cable TV payments, electricity bill payments, bulk SMS, exam PINs, and API services.

sublink provides automated VTU (Virtual Top-Up) services including:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Transaction Fees: All prices displayed on our platform are final and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Payment Methods: We accept fund transfers, debit cards, credit cards, and wallet funding. All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice based on network provider tariffs and market conditions. However, transactions initiated at a quoted price will be honored at that price.
Wallet Funding: Wallet top-ups are non-transferable. Wallet funds do not expire but may be subject to dormancy policies after 12 months of inactivity.
No Refund Policy: Due to the instant nature of our digital services, all sales are FINAL. Once a transaction is completed successfully, no refunds will be issued.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. sublink MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF OUR PLATFORM, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kaduna State, Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
